A three-day maritime event to celebrate H M The Queen’s Diamond Jubilee.
Crowning Ceremony of the Wick Diamond Jubilee HarbourFest Queen. Procession to Wick Harbour and Opening Ceremony.
Friday evening youth concert “SeaFest”.
RNLI and Coastguard Air-Sea rescue helicopter display.
Full programme of local musicians and dancers performing on HarbourFest Stage.
Stalls, Craft & Trade Displays, Children’s Braehead Funfair, School Alley, vintage vehicles.
Harbour full with 150 modern and vintage vessels of all types.
Saturday Evening Diamond Jubilee Dance and Prize Presentations in Assembly Rooms.
Sunday Blessing of the Fleet Service on the Harbourfest Stage.
150 vessel Royal Flotilla with Diamond Jubilee Queen and Court aboard the lead boat sailing round Wick harbour and out into Wick Bay.
Evening Hymns of the Sea Service in Pulteneytown Parish Church.
